Our Mission
Ingqayi Yempiliso Empowerment Initiative is dedicated to fostering self-development, building community ties, offering trauma counselling, and combating poverty through bespoke skill development programs. Our mission is to form strategic partnerships with state organizations, community leaders and traditional leadership to deliver coaching and development solutions across various industry sectors in the Republic of South Africa.

Out initiatives range from trauma and GBV victim’s counselling, capacity building and leadership development, project implementation, monitoring and evaluation, to worker readiness and business coaching, training and, development.
