Our team is composed of passionate and experienced professionals who are committed to driving change and empowering communities. With diverse backgrounds and a shared vision, we work together to deliver impactful programs and services. Get to know the individuals who make our work possible.
Nohlanga is the former Chairperson of the Black Management Forum in the Amathole region.
She is a qualified software developer with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations Management and is currently enrolled for a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management at the REGENT Business School.
She is passionate about business facilitation, information management, and organizational development.
Ayanda is a registered Social Worker with the South African Social Worker’s Council and one of the founding members of Ingqayi Yempiliso.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science (Social Work) (Hons) from the University of Fort Hare.
Her previous working experience includes family counseling, trauma counseling for GBV victims, and over 10 years of service at the Department of Correctional Services.
Dunyiswa Mabombo is a qualified electrical engineer and a founder member of Ingqayi Yempiliso. She has extensive experience in human resources management and has worked for Tiger Brands as a Merchandising Supervisor for over 10 years.
She is dedicated to improving the lives of the community members in her residential area, providing career guidance to school leavers, and offering extra classes to help struggling learners.
